Atlanta Business League

On Tuesday, October 11th, Aqueelah James (East Lake '15) of Gabriel's International Bakery and Cuisine received the "Creative Style" finalist award at the Atlanta Business League's 32nd Annual Super Tuesday Conference.​ Aqueelah was noted as several small business owners in the metro-Atlanta region who actively infused style and creativity into their daily business operations.


Army Reserve Culinary Arts Team

Congratulations, WOC Parker and SGT James, for receiving the Silver Medal. Solid performance representing the United States Army Reserve. Events like this showcase the citizen-soldiers we have in our ranks; this knowledge and skill are always brought back to the home station to increase the readiness of their units. Also, candidate Parker is set to be the 3rd foodservice warrant officer to grow from the US Army Reserve Culinary Arts Program. I challenge all passionate culinarians in the reserves to reach out and contact us to learn of upcoming training events.
